   1- List of ICCMIT’16 awards

 ·      Best Paper Awards

 ·     Best Student Paper Awards

 ·      Best Poster Awards

 ·      Best  Session organizer

ICCMIT currently presents five awards given as follows:-

 ·         The USAR Award is presented every two years to an individual who has made “… significant, sustained and continuing contributions to research in ICT or Management”.

·         The Best Paper Award (3 awards for ICT and management) are presented to the individual(s) judged by a separate awards committee to have written the best paper appearing in the annual conference proceedings.

·         The Best Student Paper Award (3 awards for ICT and management) are presented to the author of the best paper written solely or primarily by a student. 

·         The Best poster (3 awards for ICT and management) are presented to the author of the best contribution and presentation poster written solely by a student.

·         The Best session organizer is presented to the organizer who attract best and more significant articles to his/her session

2- Best Paper Awards

A "Best Paper Award" and a "Best Student Paper Award" as well as “Best Poster Award” will be conferred to the author(s) of a full paper or poster presented at the conference, selected by the Program/Conference Chairs based on the best combined marks of paper reviewing, assessed by the Scientific Committee, and paper presentation quality, assessed by session chairs at the conference venue  

The "Best Student Paper Award" will be given to a paper in which the first author is a registered MSc or PhD student.

The awards will be announced and bestowed at the conference closing session.

The author of an awarded paper, and co-authors if any, will be entitled to:

§  Get a signed and stamped official award certificate;

§  There will be an announcement of their achievement on a special conference webpage;

§  Having the paper included in the list of conference best papers and invited for an extended and revised version publication in a book or a journal, if a post-publication agreement is available for this particular conference;

The awarded scholar will get a voucher for a free or reduced registration fee in one event organizes by USAR, valid during a 12 months period, including all conference materials (without the printed proceedings).

 

This voucher is only available if the presenter attends the closing session and receives the award.

Moreover the keynote speakers are entitled to a 50% discount over the basic registration fee
