ICCMIT 2017 invites the submission of technical poster proposals.
Submitting a poster is a great opportunity to get feedback on a work in progress. Poster presentations will be an integral part of ICCMIT’17 conference, with a session for interactive discussions between presenters and attendees.
Poster may describe extended abstracts or completed senior projects, highly relevant results of in progress work for master students, or successful systems and applications. ICCMIT’17 invites posters/ short papers in areas (but not limited) of computing and engineering, human-machine systems, and other related fields.
Because posters are not formal publications, they are eligible for future publication in other venues after work completeness.
The proposals should be not more than 2 pages with ICCMIT’17 regular paper template, as well as one page of poster draft. Please be aware that the poster draft is mandatory. Two-page abstracts will be included in the Conference Indices.
This guide has been designed to help preparing poster. Presenters are expected to bring their own printed poster to be hanged in the ICCMIT’17 presentation session. Posters are to be prepared in portal or landscape format and printed to dimensions of A0 size (84.1 x 118.9cm, 33.11 x 46.81 inches) or A1 size (59.4 x 84.1cm, 23.39 x 33.11 inches). Poster language is English.
All proposals will be double blind peer reviewed by two independent reviewers. Final decision will be made by the Review Committee and communicated to the authors. If accepted, authors will be invited to submit a Poster using a poster guidelines provided. Posters will be checked by the program committee.
